COMPLETE REGISTRATION FEE FOR COMPANIONS PRIOR TO JULY 1ST  IS $295


LATE REGISTRATION AFTER JULY 1ST  WILL BE $349


FEE INCLUDES FULL ACCESS TO CONVENTION ACTIVITIES, TOUR OF THE RONALD REAGAN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY AND MUSEUM, ACCESS TO THE FRIDAY EVENING CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION PROGRAM, COST OF THE CINC’S WELCOME BUFFET, COST OF THE AWARDS LUNCHEON, AND COST OF THE CINC’S DINNER BANQUET HELD AT THE RONALD REAGAN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY AND MUSEUM.


COSTS FOR NON-COMPANIONS IS AS FOLLOWS:


CINC’S WELCOME BUFFET (TUESDAY EVENING, AUGUST 6TH):  A-LA-CARTE  PRICE IS $50 PER PERSON. SET BUFFET MENU WITH A VARIETY OF OPTIONS TO INCLUDE VEGETARIAN CUISINE. 


CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION PROGRAM (FRIDAY, AUGUST 9TH):  THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR NON-COMPANIONS TO ATTEND THIS GRAND EVENT!


AWARDS LUNCHEON (SATURDAY, AUGUST 10TH):  A-LA-CARTE  PRICE IS $50 PER PERSON. MENU OPTIONS ARE BEEF LASAGNA, CHICKEN LASAGNA, OR VEGETARIAN LASAGNA.


CINC’S DINNER BANQUET (SATURDAY, AUGUST 10TH):  HELD AT THE RONALD REAGAN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY MUSEUM.  A-LA-CARTE PRICE IS $95 PER PERSON. MENU OPTIONS ARE FLAT IRON STEAK, SALMON, OR VEGETARIAN. COST INCLUDES A FREE LIBRARY TOUR OF THE RONALD REAGAN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY AND MUSEUM ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 8TH.

Convention Check-In

  

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL, YOU WILL BE GREETED BY ONE OF OUR MANY AMBASSADORS WHO WILL DIRECT YOU TO THE HOTEL ROOM CHECK-IN DESK AND TO THE HOSPITALITY SUITE  (PRESIDENTIAL SUITE ON THE SECOND FLOOR) TO COMPLETE CONVENTION CHECK-IN. CHECK-IN IS AVAILABLE BEGINNING MONDAY, AUGUST 5TH AND WILL RUN THROUGHOUT THE CONVENTION.


CONVENTION CHECK-IN  IS A REQUIREMENT BEFORE ATTENDING ANY CONVENTION ACTIVITY (EXCEPT THE MONDAY GOLF TOURNAMENT). WE HAVE DEVELOPED A STREAMLINED PROCESS TO COMPLETE YOUR CHECK-IN WITHIN FIVE MINUTES. AT CHECK-IN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PROMOTIONAL BAG, CONVENTION CREDENTIALS, AND YOU WILL ALSO COMPLETE A FEW MINOR ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS.

THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE WILL ALSO HAVE THEIR TABLE IN THE HOSPITALITY SUITE FOR REGISTERING THOSE WHO WILL BE REGISTERING AS A VOTING DELEGATE.
